BOISE, Idaho ÔÇô After 55 days of sales on the Idaho Lottery's newest game, Winner Take All Raffle, we will find out who will be the one lucky player holding the winning ticket tonight worth $191,100. The Idaho Lottery will announce the only winning number for the Winner Take All Raffle tonight at 5 p.m. Mountain Time (4 p.m. Pacific Time). The holder of the lone winning number will receive the entire jackpot from this game.
"Compared to other games with similar top prizes offered by the Idaho Lottery, Winner Take All Raffle represents the best odds ever of winning a prize of this size," added Anderson. "The sole winner from this game should sign the back of their ticket immediately. This ticket is a bearer instrument and we want to ensure we pay the rightful winner."
As sales quickened close to the end of the game, this Idaho-only jackpot grew dramatically in the last several days, with a 32% increase in the last week and a 13% increase on the last day. Yesterday alone, the jackpot for Winner Take All Raffle grew by $24,285 with nearly $5,000 of that amount coming in the last hour of sales. Sales ended at 9 p.m. Mountain Time. No additional tickets for the game will be sold. There are 20,456 tickets eligible for tonight's drawing.
"Thank you to all the players who participated and helped to create the fun excitement for this new game," said Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery Director. "The real winners tonight will be the public schools and permanent buildings of Idaho."
The Winner Take All Raffle game generated about $53,000 for Idaho's public schools and the permanent building fund. The retailer that sold the winning ticket will receive a bonus from the Idaho Lottery for $19,100.
