BOISE, Idaho ÔÇô William Cunningham of Cascade was in the Treasure Valley just "hanging out" with his family on Monday afternoon when he stopped in at the Tobacco Connection located on the corner of Chinden and Veterans Parkway in Garden City to pick up a pack of smokes and an Idaho Lottery ScratchTM ticket. Cunningham walked out with a $250,000 winner on the Idaho Lottery's game Silver & Gold.

"It's just unbelievable," said Cunningham on his good fortune. "What are the odds?"

Cunningham is going to put the new found winnings to good use and help his mother with her housing needs. The win officially ends the game Silver & Gold.

For their part in selling the winning ticket, Tobacco Connection will receive a bonus from the Idaho Lottery for $20,000.

This caps a busy day for large winners at the Idaho Lottery. All totaled, the Lottery paid out $1,295,000 in large ticket prizes. Today's winners were:
