BOISE, Idaho ÔÇô The Idaho Lottery has confirmed that a Mega Millions ticket worth $250,000 was sold for last night's draw in Meridian, Idaho. The winning numbers for last night's $30 million draw were 08, 09, 17, 32, 34 and the Megaball was 13. This winning ticket matched the first five "white ball" numbers, but not the Megaball.
"Idaho continues to be a lucky place to play Mega Millions. We are encouraging all of our players to check all of their draw tickets very carefully right now," said Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery Director. "Too often, we see players think they didn't win because they did not match the Megaball. In the case of the $250,000 winning Mega Millions ticket, they matched every number but the Megaball and now have a ticket worth a quarter of a million dollars."
Including the $250,000 winner, there were a total of 1,471 winners for last night's Mega Millions draw in Idaho.
Players have 180 days from the date of the draw to claim their winnings. The $250,000 winner must claim their ticket at Idaho Lottery Headquarters in Boise. With no jackpot winner last night, the Mega Millions jackpot for Tuesday night is an estimated $40 million.
