RULES

Promotion Description:
We are giving away eight (8) $500 Cash prizes plus one (1) Jackpot prize to celebrate the Monster Money Jackpot Family of Games. Enter any non-winning Monster Money scratch ticket for a chance to win.

Prizes:
Eight (8) $500 Cash prizes, one (1) per week for eight (8) weeks. Plus, one (1) Jackpot prize at the end. The Jackpot amount starts at $3,000 Cash and grows each time a Monster Money Jackpot ticket is entered.

Promotion Available:
8/4/25 at 12:01 a.m. MT until 11:59 p.m. MT on 10/31/25

Entry Dates:
The weekly drawing entry period ends every Friday at 11:59 p.m. MT, beginning Friday, September 5, 2025. Entries are only eligible for the weekly drawing in which they are entered and the final drawing. Entries do not carry over to the next draw.

All entries will be eligible for the Jackpot drawing.

Winner Announcement:
The Lottery will post the name of the winner on the website no later than 3:00 p.m. on the following dates:

  • 9/9/2025- $500 Cash
  • 9/16/2025- $500 Cash
  • 9/23/2025- $500 Cash
  • 9/30/2025- $500 Cash
  • 10/7/2025- $500 Cash
  • 10/15/2025- $500 Cash
  • 10/21/2025- $500 Cash
  • 10/28/2025- $500 Cash
  • 11/4/2025- Jackpot Amount

How to Enter:
To enter, go to vip.idaholottery.com and sign-up or log-in. Click on the “Promotions tab” then on “Current Promotions.” Go to the Monster Money Jackpot 2nd Chance Drawing image then Enter Code. Enter the 8-digit alphanumeric code of any non-winning Monster Money Jackpot scratch ticket.

Rules:

  • Only online entries will be accepted
  • Mail in entries will NOT be accepted.
  • Players are responsible for ensuring their contact information is current.
  • The Lottery will not enter any information for any person.
  • You may enter each qualifying ticket number only once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  • You must keep your entered ticket for presentation to Lottery Officials for winner/entry verification.
  • Prizes will not be awarded without verification of the ticket from the winning entry.
  • The Lottery will attempt to contact the winner by phone immediately after the draw.
  • The winner must contact the Lottery within four (4) business days of notification.
  • Only persons 18 or older can enter or participate in any Lottery promotion.
  • The person who submits the entry is the person who must claim the prize.
  • All prize fulfillments are subject to compliance with any State, Federal or local laws.
  • Prize fulfillment is subject to Idaho laws 67-7437, 56-203E and 63-3060 regarding delinquencies in child support and/or state taxes being turned over to the Department of Health and Welfare and/or Idaho State Tax Commission.

Posting or announcement of winner drawn does not confirm winning status until the winner and winning entry have been verified by Lottery officials.

An alternate winner will be chosen and contacted in the event of the following:

  • The winner cannot be notified due to incorrect or lack of contact information.
  • The winning entry cannot be verified by the Lottery.
  • The winner has not contacted the Lottery within the required time.
  • The winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion.
  • The ticket entered was illegally obtained or if a violation of any law or rule has occurred.
  • The winner is not of legal age to participate.

You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Lottery tickets in Idaho. Persons under 18 cannot participate in any Lottery promotion, giveaway, or game.

Important winner details:
The winner will have four (4) business days after notification to contact Idaho Lottery Security. Every effort will be made to contact the winner by phone and the e-mail information that was provided by the entrant.
In the event a named winner is disqualified or does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their claim to the prize and an alternate will be chosen and contacted. The alternate will then have four (4) business days from notification to contact Idaho Lottery Security.

Claiming Prizes:

  • Contact the Idaho Lottery Security at 208-780-2550.
  • The winner must complete the Promotion/2nd Chance Claim Form.
  • The winner must present government issued identification & winning ticket to claim prize.
  • Prizes may be claimed in person at the Lottery Office (located at 1199 Shoreline Ln. Suite 100, Boise, ID 83702), my mail (P.O. Box 6537, Boise, ID 83707), or by email.
